New furniture is guaranteed by the manufacturer for residential installation only for a period of 12 months from date of delivery in respect of manufacture’s defects.
This warranty is limited to the original purchaser and delivery address only. In order to keep the warranty in case of moving, the Customer is obliged to use Euro Style Furniture moving service.
This warrantee does not cover the cost for delivering replacement merchandise when it has been moved from the original delivery address. Nor does it cover the cost to deliver replacement merchandise if the original order did not include delivery.
In case of a warranty claim, the Customer will have to provide pictures of the issue and a clear description.
Not Covered Under Warranty
Naturally occurring phenomena as slight variation in shade, grain and texture is not covered under the warranty. Leather products may not be uniform in color and/or texture and may show natural marks and scars. These marks testify for the authenticity of the material and do not represent an impairment of quality.
The product(s) supplied are to be used for the purpose and in the manner for which they were designed. Any use of furniture for which the said furniture was not designed may result in a lower resistance of the material and a change in appearance such as discoloration and stretching of the material. Furthermore, every type of fabric and leather is subject to discoloration through abrasion by other fabrics. No responsibility will be accepted for damaged merchandise if the care and maintenance instructions have not been followed.

Placing the order
A deposit of at least 35% is required at the time the order is placed. All balances must be paid in the store prior to delivery.
Size and description of product
All dimensions and descriptions of the product quoted are approximate. Items are manufactured to perform within the appropriate industry measurement tolerances.
Sales and Discount
Sale prices are valid only for the dates shown. No discounts or credits can be applied on previous orders that were not on sale at the time of purchase.
Placing the order via website
Receipt by Euro Style Furniture of an order via the website does not constitute legal acceptance of an order. The order can be considered as accepted by Euro Style Furniture only once the Customer has received written confirmation.
Orders submitted via email must be fully paid prior to shipment by Bank Draft, Wire Transfer or Money order.
Prices listed on Euro Style Furniture website are subject to change without notice. The actual prices, manufacturer promotions or offers may change before they are updated on website. In the event of an unexpected cost increase or other change, Euro Style Furniture will contact the Customer to determine whether to continue with the order at the new price.
Euro Style Furniture accepts: Visa, MasterCard, Certified Checks or Cash for in-store purchases only. If the customer wants to pay the balance on delivery, the payment should be made in cash and is collected prior to unloading the items.
Euro Style Furniture also offers Accord D financing plan - interest-free for up to 24 months.
For any return or exchange of a product, the client will need to have his/her original invoice.
Returns and cancellations
Exchanges and refunds are possible within 5 days after the reception of the merchandise.
Returned products must be in their original delivery condition and returned with the original packaging. Modified, assembled or damaged products (this excludes all damage prior to delivery) will not not be refunded.
The purchase price will be refunded excluding shipping and handling fees, along with a 25% restocking fee. Any upgrades in the shipping and handling fees will not be available for refund. Purchases containing items offered with free shipping will see the outbound delivery costs deducted from the refund amount.
Gift certificates cannot be refunded.
Placed orders may not be cancelled. Ordered items fall under the return policy mentioned above.
All our products are packaged in such way they can withstand any delivery related damaging. We may refuse to deliver delicate or fragile items.
Truck Freight Shipping
Items delivered by truck freight are subject to additional conditions. Packages might present with some damage, if so, even if the amount of damage is very low, please note down “Package damaged” when signing the delivery form. You may refuse to accept delivery if the package seems to have suffered a lot of damage. Please then inform us that the item will be sent back so we can send you a new, undamaged one.
If the piece you received is damaged, presents with a manufacturing defect or if there is a mistake in the order, there is a possibility to send you a replacement part or to fully replace the item according to our standard refund policy. If both solutions are not applicable to your situation, we will take the damaged product back for free.

Special Orders are made according to the Customer's specifications. All Specials Orders are final; deposits are non-refundable.
Manufacturer delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
All Floor Model Sales are final sales; no cancellations or returns will be accepted.
Out of Stock/Backorder Products
On occasion items will be backordered and out of stock. In this case the Customer will be notified with estimated delivery time. Euro Style Furniture cannot guarantee the exact delivery time.
In some cases items will be discontinued without notice. In this situation the Customer will be contacted with a replacement or similar product. At this time the order can be cancelled without penalty.
**Euro Style Furniture reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange of the items at anytime.
When ordered merchandise arrive to Euro Style Furniture warehouse and is ready for delivery, Euro Style Furniture representative will contact the Customer to arrange a delivery. If the Customer is not ready for immediate delivery, he/ she is eligible for Euro Style Furniture’s Storage Service. Euro Style Furniture will store the merchandise for free during one month. After this period, a storage charge in value of 10% of the purchased merchandise per month will be incurred.
Shipping and installation
Euro Style Furniture Delivery Service is provided within determined delivery zone; otherwise the merchandise will be shipped with a freight company.
Standard Delivery is done to the first floor of any house/apartment, except when specially arranged prior to delivery date and that may incur an additional charge.
The Customer will be contacted prior to delivery to schedule the exact date and time frame for delivery. All delivery dates quoted at the time of the order are estimates. In case the delivery date was not estimated at the time of the order, the customer has to notify Euro Style Furniture at least two weeks in advance of the required delivery date.
Due to health and safety regulations, our delivery technicians cannot remove their safety work boots. Please ensure that your floors are properly protected.
Installation of the furniture does not include mounting of the objects on walls or a ceiling. Nor it includes set-up and assembly of lighting fixtures.
Standard installation of lighting fixture
Standard installation of lighting fixture includes delivery and unpacking of the lighting fixture along with the installation for ceiling fixtures on a standard height ceiling (10 ft) only. Our installation personnel should not have to make or enlarge openings in the ceiling and should not have to create additional electrical connections.
Non-standard lighting fixture installation necessitates an agreement with store personnel and may incur additional fees. In the event that a standard installation was planned, but that the installation personnel had to follow non-standard procedures, additional fees may be charged and Eurostyle reserves itself the right to cancel the installation.
Delivery charges vary according to location (verified by postal code) and applied according the price list with a few exceptions which are noted before payment is processed.
Special requirements for delivery
The Customer is responsible for notifying Euro Style Furniture in advance of any special requirements related to the delivery (e.g., delivery to an apartment with no elevator, doors dimensions are not standard, limited vehicle access). In the event the furniture does not fit into the room or into the house, the Customer is responsible for the transportation cost both ways; the returned merchandise becomes a subject to Return Policy.
The Euro Style Furniture delivery team is not responsible for moving any furniture in customer’s home to other floors, to the garage, or curbside, unless specified in advance.
The Customer is responsible for disposing of the merchandise's packaging. A 25$ fee will apply should the installers be required to bring back the packaging or dispose of it themselves. An additional fee may be assessed for any special delivery requirement.
Receiving the merchandise
It is Customer’s responsibility ensure that the product can be physically delivered into the chosen location. If windows or doors need to be removed in order for access to be gained it is Customer’s responsibility to arrange this in advance at his/her own cost and risk.
The Customer is obliged to inspect the merchandise on delivery. Visible merchandise damage or home damage must be reported to the Euro Style Furniture delivery team prior to their departure.
In the event that the Customer is not home for the scheduled delivery or cancels less than 48 hrs in advance, a redelivery fee will be charged.
Customer Pick up
Merchandise may be picked up by the Customer at the store during select hours on scheduled days. The Customer is solely responsible for securing the merchandise to the vehicle; Euro Style Furniture is not responsible for any loss or damage to the product or the vehicle.
Shipping to other areas
Euro Style Furniture will use a freight company to deliver merchandise outside the delivery zone. The quote for the shipping can be provided in advance.
Receiving the shipping
When the merchandise is received, the Customer is obliged to inspect the merchandise for any shipping damage. In the event of damage, the Customer has to note all the details on the carrier’s proof of delivery when such delivery is made.
Euro Style Furniture staff is available to help if the order arrives damaged; in this case the Customer has to notify Euro Style Furniture without delay. The pictures and the clear description of the damages will be required.

In no event shall Euro Style Furniture be liable for any indirect, direct, punitive, special, incidental, consequential damages caused by any product or failure of such product to perform and regardless of the theory of liability pursuant to which such damages may be sought.
