At Euro Style Design, shipping is FREE to major Canadian cities on orders over $4,000.00. For smaller orders, shipping is calculated based on weight and destination.

2. What is the difference between White-Glove and Ground shipping?

White-Glove (available in QC and ON to Niagara Falls) includes delivery to your room of choice. Ground shipping is standard delivery to the first level of your home.

3. Do you offer furniture assembly services?

Yes. Professional assembly is available as an add-on service. Our technicians are experts in complex European modular systems.

4. How long does shipping take from Montreal to Toronto or Vancouver?

Once in stock, deliveries to Toronto usually take 3-7 business days. Deliveries to Western Canada (Calgary, Vancouver) typically take 7-14 business days.

5. What should I do if my furniture arrives damaged?

Inspect all boxes upon arrival. If damage is found, note it on the receipt and contact us immediately with photos. We will repair or replace the item promptly.

6. Can you deliver to an apartment on a high floor?

Yes, provided there is a freight elevator. If stairs are required beyond the first flight, please notify us in advance as additional fees may apply.

7. Do I need to measure my doorways before delivery?

Yes. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the furniture fits through doorways, hallways, and elevators. Measure carefully to avoid restocking fees.

8. How will I know when my delivery is arriving?

We will contact you 1-2 days before the scheduled delivery date to confirm a time window. Deliveries typically start at 8:00 am.

9. Is there a minimum age to sign for the delivery?

Yes. A person at least 18 years of age must be present to inspect the goods and provide a signature for all deliveries.

10. Can I track my furniture shipment?

For local and regional deliveries (QC/ON), our team provides direct updates. For national freight, we provide tracking information once the order leaves our warehouse.
