Consultation FAQ

1. Is the design consultation really free?

Yes. Our in-store and Zoom consultations are completely free. We want to ensure you find the perfect European pieces for your home.

2. Do I need to bring anything to my appointment?

If possible, bring your room measurements and a few photos of your space. This helps our designers provide more accurate floor plans.

3. Can I book a consultation if I live outside Montreal?

Absolutely. Our Zoom consultations are designed for clients across Canada, from Toronto to Vancouver.

4. How long does a typical consultation take?

Most sessions last between 45 and 90 minutes, depending on the scope of your project.

5. Can you help with lighting as well as furniture?

Yes. We specialize in total room transformations, including custom lighting fixtures and storage solutions.

6. Do you offer weekend appointments?

Our formal design consultations are scheduled Monday–Friday. However, our showroom is open on Saturdays for browsing.

7. What happens after the consultation?

You will receive a project overview, which may include floor plans, 3D simulations, and an estimated cost for your custom order.

8. Is there a fee for in-home visits?

We offer in-home evaluations in the Greater Montreal area for a small professional fee to cover travel and advanced measurements.

9. Can I change or cancel my appointment?

Yes. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule your time with our designers.

10. Will I work with the same designer throughout my project?

Yes. We believe in continuity. The designer you start with will guide you from the first sketch to the final delivery.
